American Women Writers of Color Conference, TOMORROW!

Power of Words Conference, This Weekend!

Hi everyone!

Yes, I have been remiss in updating my posts.  I've been swamped with work and nursing sick children.  But everyone is all better now--and just in time for me to tell you that my next performance for The SHE Book Tour is this weekend at the Power of Words Conference sponsored by the Transformative Language Arts Network.  It will take place at beautiful Pendle Hill, a writer's retreat located in Wallingford, PA (just outside of Philly) which values a Quaker approach to the creative process.  Please see the following link for more info about Pendle Hill: http://www.pendlehill.org/

During the conference, I'm facilitating a workshop at 1:30pm on Friday, October 11.  Then I perform at 7:00pm on Saturday, October 12.
